Now that Kate Middleton has recovered from that nasty bout of severe morning sickness, it's been a delight to have her back on the scene. Last month, we saw the pregnant Duchess return to royal duties following her Caribbean 'babymoon' in Mustique with hubby Prince William in order to visit Hope House. Then she popped up in Switzerland for the wedding of Laura Bechtolsheimer and Mark Tomlinson when she looked mighty refined in a pink coat and MaxMara dress. Next, the world went seven shades of crazy with talk of did-she-didn't-she let slip that she's having a baby daughter when visiting the Prince's Trust-funded venue in Grimsby. Yep, it's been an action-packed few weeks.

As well as being back to her glossy best, there's another sign that the DoC has returned to good health: lots of shopping. Kate was spotted on a spending spree at Topshop's flagship Oxford Street store last week and today, we've caught wind of another dose of the Duchess' retail therapy.
Yesterday, Kate was seen shopping in Peter Jones, Sloane Square, where she was browsing Séraphine’s maternity concession. Fellow shoppers noted she was eyeing up the Brooke dress in black. As you can see from the image above, the lightweight jersey dress is classic K-Middy in style with a stretchy empire line cut and butterfly sleeves for a touch of femininity as well as modesty. So get those clicking fingers at the ready, copy Kates, because the dress is available to buy for £39 on www.seraphine.com, but we imagine it won't be for long...
For the uninitated amongst you, allow us to bring you up to speed on this award-winning maternity brand. The designs are available in Séraphine's London boutiques at selected Peter Jones and John Lewis stores, as well as online. Who wants to bet Kim Kardashian will be the next to join the Séraphine bandwagon?

Kaatherine Gabori (Fri Mar 08 15:30:08 GMT 2013): It's really nice to see her feeling well, and there is no doubt she is doing wonders for the British fashion industry. In that sense she is following in her mother-in-law's footsteps and I applaud her for that. However, there is another area in which she fall far, far short of Diana's example - workload. Diana completed in one month (while pregnant!) more public engagements (not shopping trips, holidays, romps with the puppy), than Kate has done in the past year. I know the Royal Family don't want to repeat the "throw them to the dogs" mistake they did with Diana, but this is rediculous! Kate is the future Queen, and she needs to get to work!
Brooke McQueen (Tue Mar 12 10:36:10 GMT 2013): If Kate loves the styles in TopShop, I bet she will also love the fashion being offered by shops like choo-choo-london and mamaway uk And yes, choo and mamaway are currently on 50% off sale!
Jan Devereaux (Thu Mar 14 09:25:29 GMT 2013): Great maternity for Royal Princess available at Peter Jones, selected John Lewis and on-line.
