Kate Bosworth might be about to transform the way you shop. The actress and total style icon is launching her very own fashion app called Style Thief.

The app, which will launch in the UK in the next 60 days, is kinda like a Shazam for clothes. According to WWD, users can take a picture of an outfit they see on a person in real life or a celebrity on TV and the app will provide suggestions for where it might be from. Then you'll be able to buy the pieces instantly from stores like Forever 21.

Kate says: 'Everyone has fashion envy. Everyone can relate to that feeling of looking at an editorial, for example — or a friend, or the runway, for that matter — wanting to steal something exactly as you’re seeing it, or something similar.

Yup, despite having her own uber chic wardrobe, even Kate gets style envy. She says she'd like to steal Cate Blanchett, Julianne Moore and Alexa Chung's style.

' I like Alexa Chung’s style,' she says. 'Anyone who feels like they have a solid grasp on who they are and are confident in who they are and have an element of experimentation, that’s something I’m intrigued with.'

Kate's got the pro fashion industry knowledge to make the app a mega hit. The actress has already released two collections with Topshop and is working on a third with another fashion brand. Plus, this isn't her first foray into tech. In 2010, she designed and launched subscription-based accessories line JewelMint with MySpace cofounder Josh Berman. This time round she's enlisted help from husband Michael Polish as chief creative officer as well as retail chain American Rag Cie.
