The eternally cherubim, heart-shaped face of Miss Kloss has appeared frequently this New York Fashion Week, as per. Those rosey cheekbones, her all-American smile and long, long legs are as delightful as ever in her downtime/backstage get-up, just as they are in her sporty, body-con eveningwear.
This MUST be why she has been named as the new face of classic US accessories brand Coach, which they announced on instagram over the weekend. As has been common this week for NYFW, Karlie was snapped on the NY sidewalks, clutching a pooch and some delicious leatherwear for their Fall 13 campaign.
On a more summery note, Karlie has been surviving Fashion Week in Manhattan’s 75F weather (oh how different LFW will be next week!) in a variety of cool outfits. As usual, Karlie has made some great fashion party appearances in some hot evening dresses (runway looks aside). Not feeling the need (a la some certain other celebs) to swap outfits between events, she appeared at both the Interview Magazine fashion party AND the Novak Djokovic Foundation New York dinner at Capitale in a cream silk slip wth split skirt and lace panels. We've already raved about her scuba-blue outfit at the DKNY 25th birthday party and she donned a similar white-crop top look at the Daily Front Row's very first Fashion Media Awards (where our very own editor was presented with a fabulous award by Marc Jacobs).
Whilst her sporty evening looks are perfectly on-trend and oh-so flattering on her athletic frame it's her easy-breezy New York daytime style that we're coveting. From the faded blue flares and crop-top (sense a trend here?) or floaty blue chiffon maxi, all accessorized with Coach of course. We love an off-duty model look.
