Tonight it's the world premiere of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and London has pulled out all of the stops for the A List attendees - there is even a massive gold mockingjay on the red carpet. Jennifer Lawrence is looking fabulous in a white Christian Dior dress (obvs) with elaborate sequin detailing, with a traffic-stopping red coat worn over the top. As for her new pixie crop, Jen has her hair slicked back. Thumbs up from us!

Jena Malone wore a beaded fire engine red Monique Lhuillier dress with fringed sleeves and a leather jacket, while Elizabeth Banks looked just as fashion forward as Effie in a Jason Wu yellow satin gown with a dramatic full skirt and triangular cut outs at the ribs. Thirteen year old Willow Shields also opted for a yellow dress, which she paired with white ankle-strap heels and her hair swept to the side.

We asked Jen earlier today at the London press conference if she feels nervous about walking the red carpet at such a mahoosive premiere and she said: 'I feel excited now, the nerves normally start crashing in when I get in the car. When you see the amount of people.' She added: 'It does feel different when you have a movie... I love this movie so much, and I am excited to show it and am excited for everyone to see it. So I might not be nervous this time, because there is nothing to be nervous about.'

So how does she try and stop herself from having another high profile tumble? She said: 'I was just at my brothers' wedding and there were stairs and I was like I can’t fall anymore. I just CAN'T! I don’t have plans to avoid any future falls. I'm just going to use sheer willpower and focus.' She joked that she might have to attend a high heel bootcamp. Well hopefully J Law can stay balanced on those stilettos for the entire stretch of the red carpet.

So how does she advise recovering from embarrassing moments, like falling over at the Oscars, say? 'Honestly time, there really was no magical recipe for falling flat on your face in front of the entire world and forgetting to thank your director,' Jennifer said. 'I can’t say a certain remedy or thought made me feel better, it’s just time went by and I could stop slapping myself on the face every time I thought about it. Just time.'
