UPDATE: As if all THAT wasn't fun enough, Cara continues to treat us to her Brazilian antics. She's filled our Instagram feed with snaps of her shaking those hips at a samba dancing lesson and making like Alice Dellal with a faux undercut - is there no end to this girl's talents? But most intriguingly, there's a picture of her at Daniel Tucci Tattoo Parlour where she's giving a 'Cara' tattoo to a mystery lady called Deborah. Could this mean the model has got herself another inking and is returning the favour? Or is she turning her skills to being a tattoo artist? Here's hoping we'll get the answer soon - all eyes on Instagram, people!
04 October 2013: Cara Delevingne Hits Rio!
Forget the Rio Carnival, Brazil is rocking thanks to what we're dubbing the 'Rio Cara-nival', as hot to trot catwalk star Cara Delevingne is in town. She was spotted landing on Thursday and quickly retreated to her hotel following the long haul flight, which surely must have left her jet-lagged. There she shared a foot selfie on Instagram (natch) revealing the view from her window, which she claims was preventing her from getting some well-earned shut-eye.
Despite the lack of sleep, it was soon back to work for the Miss D as she took to the streets of Rio for Vogue Brazil. Showcasing a colourful clash of prints, including pieces by her designer friend Jeremy Scott for Adidas and her 'Fashion Dad' Karl Lagerfeld at Chanel, Cara looked stunning as she pouted and posed. The street-style theme of the editorial spread mirrored the model's own urban chic wardrobe from slogan caps to printed sneakers.

And guess what! Those Chanel sunglasses that Cara showed us backstage at Paris Fashion Week also made an appearance as she sat in a trolley in between takes. She tweeted, "I love my Chanel glasses! Thank you Karl Lagerfeld", as well as a photo of herself lieing across a very messy bed in a beautifully bonkers Jeremy Scott puffer jacket and trainers, which she captioned, "Lounging in some carnival leftovers in some Jeremy Scott".
Cara's Brazilian adventure didn't end there, as come the evening it was time to say bye bye streetwear and hello glam for a party hosted in her honour by Bo.Bô. You'll remember that the Brit model is currently the face of the Brazil-based brand's Autumn Winter 2013 collection, so as she was in town it would have been rude not to invite her to meet a few of their friends. Pulling a selection of her signature silly faces, Cara took to the red carpet where she greeted fans, changed her outfit more times than we can count and hobnobbed with Rio's fashion elite - including the staff of Vogue Brazil. It's clear from the pics that a language barrier isn't an issue for Cara when it comes to making friends!
