The Stars Come Out For H&M's Conscious Exclusive Collection Launch

20 March 2014 by

Swedish fashion giant H&M has already got itself a name for being glamorous and eco-friendly - the retailer is the biggest user of organic cotton in the world dontchaknow - so it will come as no surprise that the upcoming Conscious Exclusive Spring Collection, set to drop in stores on 10 April, is cool, covetable and most importantly environmentally conscious.

This season, the store has tapped Elizabeth von Guttman and Alexia Niedzielski of the sustainable fashion and design think tank Ever Manifesto to help design the Conscious Exclusive new line. Inspired by rural Spain, the clothes play on flamenco dancing, Spanish bullfights and evenings spent sipping sangria in Barcelona. Well, we'd like to think so anyway.

Higlights include dresses in gorgeous wispy summer fabrics, ruffled skirts, embellished jackets and sharply-tailored printed bustiers. We're particularly lustful for the above romantic style in white. Perfect for a summer wedding we'd like to think - although perhaps one minus the sangria.

The line will start at a mere snip ($17.95 for a headband) and goes all the way up to $549 (for the wedding dress). Celebrities including Kate Mara, Angela Lindvall, Sophia Bush and brand poster girl Amber Valletta were out in force looking gorgeous at the launch party last night (March 19). If it's good enough for them...

The line will land in selected stores on April 10
