Grazia HQ’s Ring Bling: Check Out Our Finger Candy And Show Us Your Jewellery!

Competitive jewellery acquisition has been going on for quite some time at Grazia HQ. So in honour of the story in this week’s issue of Grazia on the new way to wear rings, we thought it was a pretty good time to share our collections with you.

The fashion and beauty teams are big fans of ring layering, but on other departments, Grazia staffers tend to prefer one or two statement rings. We are all fans of colour mixing (gold, rose gold and silver) and there are several pinkie, signet and midi rings on show – for more tips on how to wear these new rings, pick up this week’s Grazia.

Click through the gallery below to get a full run down of the office rings and hear the stories behind out finger jewels. And we want to see your ring bling too! Tweet us your pictures at @Grazia_Live using the hashtag #RingBling.

My mash up of rings includes a signet ring from Laura Lee, simple rings from Pandora and an agate and diamond ring from Annina Vogel. I also wear a jewelled gold ring in the shape of Corsica – the island I come from which I picked up at a tourist shop in Bastia. I also have the L and O stacking rings from Jessica de Lotz – my boyfriend wears the V and E on a chain.

All of my rings are vintage/been made for me. The 3 fine gold ones were commissioned by my girlfriends, and all the others are from my mum’s collection - so really old and random. I love the idea that I’ve picked them up over time, and each have a special meaning. Plus no-one can steal my look!

How much is too much? A question I rarely ask myself when it comes to rings ,as you can see. Im sporting a thick silver band from Monica Vinader above my wedding rings, a Dominic Jones claw which was a birthday gift from my BFF, another two Monica rings in gold with citrine stones, a Katie Rowland rose gold style layered with a Wishlist London fine jewelled ring, another Wishlist London link ring and finally Zoe & Morgan’s Love Lasso ring.
I’m after great pinkie rings, but have a proper aversion to thumb rings, so may stop there. After meeting the jewellery designer Pamela Love I’m now considering finger tattoos to work with the rings…watch this space.

The one on my ring finger (which probably has jinxed me into NEVER getting married) is from Chapel Market. The gold band on my index finger was a present my Mum got given for her sixteenth birthday which I thought was very sweet, it didn’t fit her anymore so she gave it to me.
The heart shaped one is an antique amethyst and diamond ring my Mum gave me for my 21st, I had once found this really tacky ring in a cracker and had always wanted a version that didn’t turn my finger green so was very happy when she presented it to me. The gold and black one on my right hand is from Wishlist London and was a lovely present from Lottie and Emily (News Desk colleagues). And the one that looks like an engagement ring (probably also stopping me from ever getting married) is from Swarovski. Last year I hinted and hinted and hinted at my darling boyfriend Jermaine for weeks that I wanted it and he bought for me for my birthday. Possibly one of the first time a man has given me something I didn’t have to pretend to like.

I’m definitely envious of the Grazia girls rings and would love to increase my ring collection, but right now I’m keeping it simple with a single amber index finger ring which my boyfriend had made for me. I love how classic it is.

My Annina Vogel Victoria Gold Ring was a 30th birthday present from my two besties so every time I wear it, it reminds me of them. My Pinkie finger ring is from H. Samuel.  It was a wedding band which I had made smaller.  I bought it when the Spice Girls formed and I’d read in a magazine that Geri had bought one for each of the girls as a symbol of their friendship.  Well, they may not have lasted but I think the style is timeless.
The party on my finger is my wedding bling.  I picked up my engagement ring in New York but the rest are from my friend in Hatton Garden who can make anything from the rose gold micro pave band at the top to the plain rose gold skinny band I exchanged in church.  I hope I can just keep adding to the stack!

My rings are by Daisy. I have my own initial and my boyfriend’s initial. I really like them because you can wear them side by side or stack them so they’re incredibly versatile as well as being quite subtle.

8. Lily Russo

My stacked rings are from Astley Clarke and my snake ring is from Missoma. I’m massively into snakes for summer and already have my eye on a couple more serpent rings.
