Want to see what really happens on a celebrity shoot? Well you're in luck as we went behind the scenes on a photo-shoot with Paloma Faith in North London, to watch the flame-haired singer in action and natter about all things fashion. Paloma was shooting a campaign with lingerie brand Triumph for their ‘Supporting Women In Making’ initiative which is a special project to inspire, mentor and support (get it?) women.
In the campaign Triumph showcases a number ambassadors for the season, including Paloma Faith, Gizzi Erksine, Roksanda Ilincic and Grace Woodward. They will act as mentors to women starting their own businesses, including an illustrator, a mosaic and multi-media artist, a furniture designer, a jewellery designer and a chocolatier who will all have retail space in ‘Maison Triumph’ until January 2014. The girls are also all hosting events within the pop-up Maison Triumph in Seven Dials, London, which will open next week during London Fashion Week.
While we were on the vintage-inspired set we perched on a chaise lounge with Paloma to find out which women she finds inspiring, who's wardrobe she would raid if she could and her all-time favourite designers. She also talked about the time she accidentally swore live on the red carpet thanks to Prince Charles. Oops!
