Fearne Cotton Launches Her Homeware Collection For Very.co.uk At Home House

Today Fearne Cotton celebrate the launch of her homeware line for Very.co.uk in the sumptuous setting of Home House where she was joined by her partner Jesse Wood, his sister Leah and good friend Gok Wan. The star, who gave birth to her first child Rex in February this year, described designing the collection ahead of her due date as "a bit like having two babies at once", as she sat down with Grazia for her first post-baby interview - which you can read in full in this week's magazine.

Included in the collection are cushions, Chinese-inspired cabinets, a four-posted bed, and some beautiful rugs - all reflections of furniture she has in her home and pieces she loves. There's also a lamp and a cushion modelled on her adopted cat Rudy - our new kitty crush. Fearne revealed: "I love boho, interesting rooms. I like things to be cosy, with lots of painted wood, flowers and different textures. I like the idea that you have to mix stylish with comfort because you need to live in a place. And I like mixing colours. I have bright splashes of colour - like [the pink] sofa - in my house. The style is basically based on a sofa I own."

She added: "I've always been into design and painting. The people I've designed for are getting their first homes or just want to personalise their room. I'm constantly messing with stuff, painting cupboards, adding flowers to lampshades. So when the idea came to do an interiors range, it was just a great challenge."

Back to today’s launch where Fearne colour matched her range of 'Fearniture' (see what we did there) with brilliant pink lips and shoes, purrrfect.

Fearne’s range is available at Very.co.uk.
