Celebrate The 2014 Oscars With Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie's Best Red Carpet Moments

03 March 2014 by

The 2014 Oscars have landed - and with them a super hot appearance from Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The King and Queen of the Hollywood red carpet attended the awards alongside the likes of Amy Adams, Jennifer Lawrence, Matthew McConaughey and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Angelina sported a glittering floorlength gown for the night. The longsleeved Elie Saab dress was a beautiful champagne colour and featured a combination of sheer panels and an embellished sections. She teamed the look with a slicked back straight hairstyle, sparkling earrings and her trademark make-up look. Brad, meanwhile, was standard Brad in a classic tux.

It's was a glamorous but also a tense evening for the duo. Not only did the couple have an award to present together, Brad co-produced and starred in film 12 Years A Slave, which was up for nine Oscars including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor and Best Supporting Actress.

In the end the movie bagged the big win - Best Picture - with Brad stepping out on stage to thank his team and director Steve McQueen. It also scooped Best Adapted Screenplay and star Lupita Nyong'o won Best Actress in a Supporting Role, .

It's not Mr and Mrs Phitt's first red carpet trip this awards season though. They DOMINATED the BAFTAs just two-weeks ago in matching tuxedos - Angelina working a laidback 'I'm just going to undo my bow-tie and grab a whisky before bed' look and Brad sporting a more uptight style.

Their appearance reignited our passion for Team Brangelina who've smashed couple-style at various premieres and awards ceremonies for more than seven years now. There were their matching navy looks and Angelina's incredible emerald gown at the Golden Globes in 2011 and of course the split leg Oscars dress in 2012. Plus Brad's never afraid to mix up his traditional suit with accessories like sunglasses. Remember THE CANE?!

We're looking back at the couple's red carpet history - the loved up moments, the fashion looks and the hair. Oh, the glossy GLOSSY hair.
