From New York To London: Cara Delevingne Works Her Brit Style On New Shoot

10 April 2013 by

After jetting around the globe non-stop since February, we couldn't be happier to see Cara Delevingne back where she belongs: here in London town. The model du jour was spotted shooting a new campaign in our fair capital yesterday, showcasing her sartorial charms with more swagger than ever.

And, lucky for us, the 20-year-old showcased a range of covetable ensembles during the shoot. She began the day wearing a cargo jacket and teeny shorts, then changed into a grey sheepskin jacket over a wool jumper and skirt teamed with skinny jeans before wrapping up in a ginormous yellow scarf.

From New York To London: Cara Delevingne Works Her Brit Style On Pepe Jeans Shoot

Although the outfits were slicker than the wacky look she arrived in (see the Le Specs sunnies + printed trousers + neck pillow in the gallery above), they still managed to sum up exactly what we love about CD's style: effortless Brit edge. That forest green beanie is totes Cara as are the studded black boots and lumberjack shirt. Plus, her beloved kooky expressions aren't far way.

Speaking of which, in true kooky style, Cara used iconic London fixtures to accessorise her looks, from posing a-top post boxes, leaning against lamp posts and strutting across zebra crossings. A hunky male also made an appearance and gave her killer eyebrows a run for their bushy money but all eyes were still on our Cara.

Although it's not clear exactly what the catwalker is posing for, we've got our bets on the Pepe Jeans Autumn Winter 2013 campaign, not least because the set up looks tres similiar to the previous campaign which also saw Cara frolicking through the streets of London. But only time will tell...

Cara Delevingne New York DKNY shoot

It was only last month that we saw the gloriously eyebrowed beauty doing much the same thing across the pond. She ditched the postboxes and instead dangled off signs in Times Square and pranced in front of yellow cabs for the New York shoot which looked to be for DKNY. The wardrobe was more NYC polished too - rather than an army jacket, she wore a chic grey trench over a white shirt with cropped trousers while her hair was super-straight and glossy. Serena Van Der Woodsen, eat yer heart out!
