Elle MacPherson may be creeping towards the 50 mark, but she isn't giving up her title as 'the body' anytime soon. To prove it she has recreated her Playboy cover from May 1994 for Australian Harper's Bazaar.

For the 'Fabulous at every age' issue strips down to nada but a pair of black stockings and sits in a very similar pose as she did on Playboy - 19 years ago. Yes we feel the need to say this again - NINETEEN years ago. The Daily Telegraph in Australia spotted the similarity between the covers.

There is one difference though, that is the hair. Forty nine-year-old Elle has tousled, tumbling locks, while 30-year-old Playboy Elle cranks up the volume. That must have taken a lotta lotta hairspray.

Elle said in the mag about her body: 'No one tells you this, but I've recognised it as I've grown older and wiser: wellness, beauty, strength, good moods and stability require constant maintenance and constant tweaking.' She adds: 'You have to constantly listen to your body. You can't sit there thinking, ‘All this used to work.' You're new and fresh and different every day. Resist it and it becomes really tedious. Embrace it and it's a constant renewing process—holistic, a total intelligence. It's about being present in your life.'

It seems '90s supermodels are like a fine wine, as this season they are doing better than ever. Naomi Campbell opened the Versace show at Paris Couture Fashion Week on Monday, the first time she has walked for the house in 14 years. While Christy Turlington has bagged herself three campaigns for Calvin Klein, Jason Wu and Prada. So watch out newbies, we are in the middle of a supermodel renaissance.
