Phewf, what a day! As well as the entire Beckham Brood FROWing popping up at Queen VB's show this morning and Stuart Vevers presenting his first collection for Coach, we've been treated to the results of DKNY's street casting as well as a spectacular celebration courtesy of Diane Von Furstenberg. Be sure to check out all our insider snaps in the gallery above and below, we've rounded up our favourite bits of New York Fashion Week, Day 3...
1. A Wall Dripping In Chocolate
There may have been mouth-watering delights on the catwalk at today's Opening Ceremony presentation, but the set itself was just as delicious. No, your eyes do not deceive you - chocolate syrup was dripping down a huge white wall throughout the show, tempting editors to leave their seats and have a taste - and they did! Designers Humberto Leon and Carol Lim were inspired by a trip to Belgium so wanted their Autumn Winter 2014 event to be a real treat for the senses. It certainly impressed Joe Jonas who took a VIP spot at the show. 'My mind is blown,' he told reporters. Very yummy, but perhaps not the most hygienic way to get your sweet fix...

2. Getting nude backstage
'I loved how gorgeous and naturally beautiful the girls were when they came in for their castings,' Victoria Beckham told us backstage at her show this morning. So Pat McGrath created an incredibly natural makeup look while the hair was slicked down and centre-parted for a fuss-free result. We saw similiar fresh-faced looks at Diane Von Furstenberg this afternoon and Helmut Lang yesterday and you know what they say? Three's a trend! We'll be keeping a close eye on this one as our backstage beauty hunt continues.

3. FROW Spot Of The Day
Olivia Palermo, Leigh Lezark and of course Anna Wintour...the usual FROW suspects have been out in force this week, but no one's caused quite the stir as Paris Hilton. The blonde socialite rocked up to the Diane Von Furstenberg show and proceeded to blow kisses at the bank of photographers before posing for selfies with her sister Nicky alongside a line-up of top-notch editors. God love her.

4. Backstage Jokes With Jourdan
Whether it's Cara larking about in a onesie or Karlie non-stop Instagramming, we do love watching models in their natural habitat so we wanted to share this cute backstage moment with you too. Although we're not entiiiirely sure what they're talking about (answers on a postcard please), it sees Joan Smalls and Jourdan Dunn sitting alongside each other as they prepare for the Diane Von Furstenberg show, having their makeup done and sharing beauty tips with the MAC team. You can always count on the Brits to bring a bit of fun to proceedings.
5. DVF's Golden Moment
The Diane Von Furstenberg show was the cherry a-top an already fabulous day. Our DVF experience began by chatting to the lady herself backstage (interview coming soon, fashion bunnies!) before watching the models get beautified and watching the dress rehearsal. 'Everyone smile, this is a celebration!' one organised boomed. Indeed, the designer is celebrating 40 years of the wrap dress this season so it was only fitting that she conjoured up a glittering extravanganza, complete with a live performance by St Vincent, the likes of Karlie Kloss and Karen Elson leading a finale parade of gold dresses and a cascade of confetti as Diane, the grande dame of American fashion, took her bow. Bravo!
