Taylor Swift's Antiques Roadshow! Did Her Love For Trinkets Scare Off Harry Styles?

One week on and we’re still pretty obsessed with the Haylor split. Namely, we just want to know WHY IT HAPPENED? Why, God, why?! Harry Styles and Taylor Swift were only together two shorts months but in that time they quickly became one of our favourite celebrity couples, namely because they were constantly parading around looking all cute and stuff.

Since their untimely demise, following a brief holiday in the Caribbean, many reasons have been touted for their break-up. From Harry’s wondering eye, to Taylor’s controlling ways, everyone has had a say on what went wrong. However we have to say this is the oddest rumour yet… Apparently it was Harry who dumped Taylor because she was obsessed with antiques. Yup. Reports from across the pond suggest that Hazza became so fed up of Tay-Tay talking about her vintage finds that he just couldn’t take it anymore, cutting their holiday short after three days and flying home.

Whilst we scoffed, a bit of research has uncovered that Taylor may indeed have a slight problem. In October she spent £50,000 at an antique dealers in Notting Hill - in just ONE HOUR. She’s also regularly spotted trying to snap up a bargain at shops in her home town of Los Angeles, shuffling her way around antique fairs a-plenty. Plus, a quick look at snaps of the star's home reveals it is choc-a-bloc with vintage finds, from an amazing four poster bed, to gorgeous old rugs and throws.

Whilst we’re still unsure if this is the ‘real’ reason they broke up, Harry certainly didn’t help with Taylor's obsession. In fact, it was reported that during the course of their short-lived relationship he bought her both an antique bracelet and some antique jewellery. So it’s basically your OWN FAULT that she talked about them, Harry. Next time, get her an ipod.
