David Beckham Won The Super Bowl Thanks To Scaling Pipes In His Pants For H&M

Super Bowl 2014: David Beckham In His Pants For H&M Bodywear Campaign

Yes please [H&M]

Forget the Seahawks-Broncos, as far as we're concerned it was Mr Beckham who won the Super Bowl this year. Forget Bruno Mars and his quiff or the actual football, for us the event boils down to the 30 seconds when we saw David Beckham in his undies.

In the H&M Bodywear advert DB takes a break from a photoshoot to scale pipes, run down stairs and whiz down a wire in his pants in East London. Beats a Doritos ad, eh? The highlight is when his pants get caught on a toaster, causing them to drop so he flashes his, err, golden balls to a room full of people. Bad news ladies, the camera stays above his waist. We recommend you watch it pronto:

Last year might have had Beyonce and her game face, but there was a DB shaped hole in the proceedings. As you might remember, he flexed his muscles in the 2012 commercial break. WWD reports that the 30-second spot cost around $4 million this year. Gulp.

david beckham, superbowl, underwear, h&m, pants,

David filmed this ad back in October when we spied DB whizzing around the rooftops of East London, hanging on ropes and scaling pipes on Brick Lane's Old Truman Brewery building [above]. He even gave designer Giles Deacon an eyeful as he was suspended in the air in his navy pants outside of the designer's studio. Lucky Giles!

You want to more DB modelling shots, right? Take a look at Beckham's pants portfolio in the gallery below...
