This new infographic from Disney just made our Monday a whole lot better. The pretty illustration displays how many costume changes each of the Disney princesses have.
From more modern Disney royalty like Tiana from The Princess and the Frog to classics like Cinderella and Belle from Beauty and the Beast, the only girls the infographic's missing are super-new princesses Merida from Brave and Anna and Elsa from Frozen.
It's Tiana who bags the prize for the most costume changes, her wardrobe of 9 looks goes from simple green and yellow slips to voluminous sparkling ballgowns. Meanwhile, at the other end of the scale Pocahontas only has one costume. Interestingly, Ariel from the Little Mermaid's mermaid tail isn't included as an outfit (which does make sense) so her first costume is the very first dress she wears when she gains legs.
Anyway, the fun picture's got us feeling all nostalgic this afternoon. Especially looking back at the retro princess wardrobes. We've spent this afternoon wishing for a troop of animals to give us a post-work makeover a la Cinderella this evening. Plus, if they could clean up our flat before we get home (like in Snow White and the Seven Dwarves) that would be awesome. Anyone for a Disney movie marathon tonight?
