Christina Ricci reveals her beautiful bridal look on Twitter @chistinaricci

Christina Ricci has wowed in Riccardo Tisci's divine creations from Givenchy for a handful of important occasions in the past, so it may come as no surprise that the petite actress chose the man and the label for her biggest fashion moment to date: her wedding. The Met Ball and Baftas may be significant, but nothing beats The Big Day, right?

After tying the knot with camera technician James Heerdegen last Saturday in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, Ricci managed to wait an entire three days to reveal a shot of the custom made gown via Instagram. "I'm sorry," she revealed in a post, "I have to share what @riccardotisci made for me!! #iloveyouricky!" And it’s no wonder – how great does she look?

GraziaDaily doesn’t know if it could wait that long to share such a stunner. Cut-away shoulders give it the little edge Miss Ricci is know for,  while angelic layers of the finest tulle and Chantilly lace fishtailing into a ethereal train keep it bridal. And there’s enough micro-pearl embroidery and satin piping handiwork to plant it quite obviously in the couture camp of the Parisienne fashion house’s empire. For her very modern dress came an equally modern and simple veil, slicked back 'do and a modest - and proportionally petite - bouquet. We do. Like.
