She was the overnight star of the February fashion shows. But this season, Cara Delevingne has taken a different – less stressful – tact. In the new issue (out now), the model talks exclusively to Grazia's Jessica Vince about coping with the pressures of her unprecedented fashion fame.

We met up with Cara backstage at Giles's spring summer 2014 show during London Fashion Week when she revealed that it was very much a conscious decision not to walk as many shows this time around. ‘It’s been very relaxing – I mean, compared to last time,’ she told us. ‘It’s been
really good actually.’ Cara has walked just seven shows since the start of New York Fashion Week, from Marc Jacobs to Burberry and Fendi in Milan.
So how does Cara, who suffers from skin condition psoriasis, cope with the stress? ‘Sleep more,’ she told us. ‘Have massages. I’ve started doing yoga and meditation, but I’m not very good at that kind of thing and turning my brain off. Music helps as well… My way of relaxing was always doing the opposite and playing the drums, but I need to be able to actually chill.’
Cara also relies on her close friends, Georgia May Jagger and Jourdan Dunn for support. ‘Georgia helps me de-stress so much because I’veknown her for so long,’ said Cara. ‘It’s the same with Jourdan. It’s just lovely to have those girls around you because they’re like family.’
When New York Fashion Week kicked off earlier this month, instead of being at its hub, Cara was busy filming Kids In Love in the English countryside. Cara hopes to focus more on her acting career in the future. ‘It wasn’t a conscious thing,’ she said. ‘I just suddenly got one movie and then another one and then another one.’
Cara also dishes on her tattoo obsession and her shopping spree in Patricia Field, but you'll have to pick up the new issue of Grazia for the full shebang. In the meantime, check out the model's greatest style hits in the gallery below...
