Fashion Royalty Joan Burstein [Browns]
One of the many highlights of the festive season is surely the Queen's annual speech. Every year, Elizabeth I addresses her nation and wraps up the year in royal fashion. But how to polish off such a brilliant year of style? With fashion royalty, of course! Step forward one Joan Burstein.
The founder of Browns, known affectionately in the industry as Mrs B, has collaborated with SHOWstudio to broadcast a genius Christmas message that rounds up the sartorial happenings of the past 12 months. From the changes at Browns Focus to the success of London's star designers, there's a lot to celebrate. And it culminates in her wishing everyone a very happy holiday. Bring on the mulled wine!
'It took some persuasion and the experience was a little daunting, particularly as I was very keen to ensure anything we did was very respectful to HRH the Queen,' said Mrs B of the film. 'It was lovely though to have the opportunity to wish a wider audience a happy holiday and I hope we it will be well received.'
