There was nothing short of a PLETHORA of stars at the Serpentine’s legendary summer fundraiser last night. Glossy types from the worlds of art, fashion and music - as well as Grazia - pulled on our glad rags to gather in Kensington Gardens for the event co-hosted by L'Wren Scott alongside Julia Peyton-Jones and Hans Ulrich-Obrist. So who was on the guest list?
Let's start with the army of models that included (deep breath) Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Eva Herzigova, Georgia May Jagger, Daisy Lowe and Karen Elson to name but a few. In the Hollywood actors corner, we saw James Franco, Ewan McGregor and Jeremy Irons while on the designers front, Alice Temperley, Christopher Kane and Erdem put in appearances. Songstress Jessie Ware also arrived and looked as cool as ever in a red polka dot frock teamed with a matching clutch.

There was also a dash of royalty thanks to HRH Princess Beatrice while Joanne Froggatt got the guests very excited with an actual real Downton Abby-er in their midsts. Bianca Jagger arrived with her daughter Jade and the pair were seen greeting L'Wren who, as you know, is in a long-term relationship with Mick Jagger, aka: Bianca's ex husband. Awks, you might think, but the Jagger crew were later spotted getting along merrily with L'Wren affectionatley cosying up to Jade.
But that's not all. Pixie Geldof larked about with Nick Grimshaw on the arty installations while James Middleton was looking loved-up with his new lady friend, Donna Air. And let's not forget the artists who came in the form of Damien Hirst, Gavin Turk and Tracey Emin who returned to support the gallery that championed their work.

But it was surely the arrival of Sarah Jessica Parker that got us the most excited. The Sex And The City star, who recently revealed she's launching a shoe collection, attended on the arm of hubby Matthew Broderick and looked suitably sparkly in a flapper-esque fringed dress worn with little more than a pair of black court shoes. We heartily approve.
Live music was supplied by two of the hottest new acts of the moment, singer-songwriter Jake Bugg and Findlay, whose edgy set got the audience bopping. Guests were also swept into the party spirit thanks to champagne by Laurent-Perrier, cocktails by Eclipse, and yummy food by True Deli. What's more, the Bobbi Brown team were helpfully on hand incase partygoers wanted to touch up their make up in a pretty pop-up powder room or, you know, just have a good old gossip.
