New York, Paris Or Australia? How Will Victoria Beckham Adjust To David's Next Career Move?

Wow, it’s a pretty monumental day for the Beckham family today as it was announced that David will play his last ever LA Galaxy football match on December 1st. It will signal the end of Becks’ six year career with the team and the start of a whole load of speculation about where the footballer and his famous family might move too yet.

Now, of course, being slightly selfish we’re more than a little bit hopeful that if they do decide to leave Los Angeles for good VB, Harper and the boys will be hot-footing it back over to the UK where they could reinstate their reign over Britain at Beckingham palace. But with the rumour mill a-churning that they could be moving to New York, Paris or maybe even Australia and no announcement yet made we can’t be too sure.

So just what would they get up to in these new countries? Could you see VB quaffing red wine and eating snails in the French capital - mais oui it would be good for the fashion side of things. And at least if they weren’t living in the UK they would be pretty close – we’d pop across for a pot of tea any time they asked.

Of course the family already have pretty strong connections to NY. Victoria spends a large amount of time working there and shows her collections during New York Fashion Week every season so it'd be like home from home, right? And we guess it would be a pretty cool place to live, plus it is only an 8 hour flight away... Did we mention we want the Beckhams to move back to the UK? We really do.

Australia, however, although much discussed in the press over the last week, seems to be off the cards for the moment. In a statement issued by David’s people they said, ‘There are no plans to play in Australia.’ Which is a shame because we can just imagine VB getting to grips with the barbeque!
