Yesterday we spent the afternoon with one of our favourite style stars on the planet: Alexa Chung. The 30-year-old was adding another string to her bow, that of judge. Yep, Chungers joined the likes of Frida Giannini and Franca Sozzani to find the winner of the 2014 International Woolmark Prize at the event during Milan Fashion Week. You can get our full run down here, but for now we've got the second part of our chat with the best-dressed beauty as she dishes on being a fashion icon and who she follows on Instagram...

Q: How does Milan Fashion Week compare to other fashion weeks around the world?
AC: I guess Milan is not seen as such a hub of new, fresh talent compared to London, which has always been the place for that. But this is only my second time here and I just came for the Prada show and to judge the Woolmark Prize. I'm more familiar with London, New York and Paris.
Q: Your fashion week style is considered amongst the best - why do you think that is?
AC: I don't know. I'm in a fortunate position where I was - and still am - a television presenter and that afforded me a budget to have access to an excellent wardrobe. Obviously it's harder if you don't have that at your disposal, but most of the things I wear are just borrowed from nice designers. I don't think I'm different to anyone else, it's just easier for me because of my position.

Q: Well that's encouraging - if only us mere mortals had a few designers on speed dial...
AC: I mean, I've always loved clothes and styling things together but there's only a handful of people who are lucky enough to get to wear certain outfits.
Q: For now, we can look at them - and we often do on Instagram. But whose pictures do you love?
AC: I follow Drake. And Rihanna so I can see what it's like to be completely happy showing your body 24/7. But I follow people then unfollow them because some people's lives look so perfect, that I can't handle it. I'm like, "stop showing us your nice house, I can't keep looking at it!"

Q: We know the feeling. Do you have a model crush you're loving this season?
AC: I had dinner with a model called Tati [Tatiana Cotliar] last night and she's really funny.
Q: Finally, you're a big championer of up-coming talent - what are the challenges you've experienced in the fashion industry?
AC: Some of the biggest obstacles I've faced have been overcoming my own self-doubt and worrying about how you're being perceived. I'm put off things because I can see how blogs will write about it before I've done it, so it's about letting go of giving a s**t.
