VIDEO: 'Alexa Chung At 30' - Behind The Scenes With Our Big Fashion Issue Star

Alexa Chung is the style icon who's spawned a thousand imitators. Since landing the gig of presenting T4's Popworld back in 2006 there's barely been a week when the fashion queen hasn't topped a best-dressed list (or three). In the latest issue of Grazia, our Big Fashion Issue in fact, we speak to Alexa about turning 30, work insecurities and how strange it is to see someone steal her style. Pick up your issue now to read the interview by Francesca Babb in full, but in the meantime, you can browse all our Alexa Chung Week content on Grazia Daily, from a fashion timeline and friendship map to her hairvolution and style rules...

First off though you can take a little trip behind the scenes on our Big Fashion Issue shoot with Alexa, which took place in her adopted home of New York City. Among the bright lights and big yellow taxis, Alexa posed for photographer Jon Gorrigan in a selection of looks chosen by the lady herself and our fashion team including pieces by some of Alexa's favourite British designers: Richard Nicoll, Erdem, Christopher Kane and Peter Pilotto.

Luckily for anyone wanting to get the Alexa look, high up on the star's career agenda, now that she's ticked 'published author' of the list, is becoming a fully-fledged fashion designer herself. She told Grazia, ‘All I want to do is design clothes. But you need loads of money to set up a label. It’s quite complicated, and I have no f**king idea how you do it. But that’s pretty much all I want.’

While she claims she rarely notices when someone else is rocking her style, she does admit to a fashion weakness of her own: ‘Navy blue jumpers. I’ve probably got about 100. It’s outrageous. But every time I pay for the next one, an army of moths is having a discotheque in my wardrobe, so I can’t buy them fast enough.’
