2014 People's Choice Awards: See The Best Dresses And Winners

09 January 2014

Awards season rolls on and the latest star-studded event comes in the shape of the 2014 People's Choice Awards. This is a fun, cheeky shindig in comparison to the super-glitzy Golden Globes and the waaaay more serious Oscar Awards so it's always guaranteed to offer up a treat. And it didn't disappoint!

After her success at the Palm Spring Awards this weekend, Sandra Bullock picked up another four - yes FOUR - awards, including Favourite Movie Actress, Favourite Comedic Movie Actress, Favourite Dramatic Movie Actress and Favourite Movie Duo for her role alongside George Clooney in the sci-fi film 'Gravity'. Wowsers. The actress also nailed it on the fashion front thanks to her gorgeous green Peter Pilotto dress topped off with a pair of sexy 'Bond' heels from Kurt Geiger London.

We're also delighted to see Britney Spears back on the red carpet looking utterly radiant - that Las Vegas residency is clearly working wonders. The songstress won her first People's Choice gong for Favourite Pop Artist while a certain Justin Timberlake watched on from the audience. Ooh-err. Mr JT took home a few awards himself, one for Favourite Male Artist and Favourite R&B Artist.

Also noteworthy is Jennifer Hudson who received the award for Favourite Humanitarian on behalf of her charity work in memory of her nephew. She looked ah-may-zing as she arrived at the event wearing a form-fitting white dress from Kaufmanfranco's Spring Summer 2014 collection.

As for TV winners on the night, 'The Big Bang Theory' picked up a couple of awards for Favourite Network TV Comedy and Favourite Comedic TV Actress for Kaley Cuoco. The newly-wed looked ace in a long box-pleated skirt by Sachin + Babi. 'The Walking Dead' received the award for Favourite Cable TV Drama, beating our beloved 'Downton Abbey'.
