This weekend Victoria Beckham made her first appearance since her London Fashion Week in-store party, speaking at the UN in New York.

Victoria attended the first day of the Social Good Summit alongside Queen Rania of Jordan and politician and humanitarian Graca Machel.

VB spoke at the summit, which looks into how technology is used for good. She said: 'Let's support educate and empower women everywhere to be able to achieve this for our children. Please tell everyone.'

David gushed on Instagram about her work: 'Proud of my wife today speaking at the UN Head quarters ... Powerful speech along with some other incredible and powerful women on that stage ... Right to the point about Our fight against HIV / AIDS.'

Victoria Beckham was named a UNAIDS International Goodwill Ambassador last September and at the time she said in a speech: 'I'm a mother, I'm a woman... I want to do whatever it is that I can do to raise awareness'.
