H&M x Maison Martin Margiela's Next Stunt? A Fash-Forward Commerical: VIDEO

VIDEO: Watch Maison Martin Margiela x H&M's collaboration commerical.

We can’t get enough of the Maison Martin Margiela collaboration with H&M. It’s the most highbrow high-street-meets-designer collection we’ve ever encountered, and we’re very grateful that there’s only nine more agonising days to wait until the first drop hits selected stores and online on 15 November. You’ve seen the full collection in Grazia magazine, sneaked a peek at the campaign images all over the internet and seen the frivolities of the ">celebrity-studded launch party in New York City, ogled over how the likes of Sarah Jessica Parker and pals would actually wear the collection, but there’s MORE!

Even with the final countdown approaching and our potential shopping bags in sight, the Swedish high street chain isn’t slowing down on the teaser trail. Another slice of the MMM extravaganza arrived today with a suitably conceptual commercial for the avant garde collection of re-edited Magiela hits and classic. So forget the flashy bells and whistles of Anna Dello Russo’s fashion shower, this is a serious style moment…. Amongst the other campaign faces, you’ll most like be drawn to the strikingly well-chiselled, raven-haired Jamie Bochert: she’s one of the industry’s most individual and sought-after models and the lucky lady is dating Michael Pitt, as in he of Boardwalk Empire and Prada campaign fame. AND she’s wearing our favourite piece – the deconstructed biker jacket! Could we want to be her any more right now? Jamie obsession aside, the video is a series of slow-mo dance moves (which many YouTube fans are referencing back to the feature-length dance film Pina), fluttering doves and dangerous (but fash-fabulous) jay walking on the empty streets of Paris. How will you wear your MMM when you can get your MMMitts on it?
