In the summer I love to go to Exeter Quay, it is always buzzing with people and live music. Sitting by the river's edge with a cider is the perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon. Many of the old warehouses have been converted into interesting boutiques and tea shops, ideal for alfresco drinks and cakes.

In a day where there are so many beige shops of sameness this stands out as a sparkly piece of joy and wonder a true treasure cave!
