Pippa Middleton Wears Roksanda Ilincic Autumn Winter 2012 To 'Celebrate' Launch

Pippa Middleton arrived at Daunt Books, West London this evening to launch her much-hyped party planning tome 'Celebrate'. The seasonal guide to entertaining is out today and promises sage advice for British-themed occasions from Bonfire Night to New Year's Eve. As a bridesmaid to her big sister Kate when she married the future King of England we reckon Pippa's had plenty of experience with tradition, ceremony and celebrations.

Following the Duchess of Cambridge's lead the middle Middleton sibling wore a dress by Roksanda Ilincic for her big night - Kate previously wore a lavendar frock by the designer to attend a reception at the Royal Academy of Arts in July. Roksanda told us at the time “Catherine has a real elegance, so it was such a pleasure to see her wearing her Peridot dress again. The dress is sophisticated yet has a softness as well, so I think it suits her understated style perfectly”. The London Fashion Week designer will be doubly gratified now she's had two Middletons step out in her collection! Pippa teamed her purple cowl-neck number with a pair of black pantent court shoes and a black patent bag.

Tonight she's hosting a party for close family and friends to mark the publication of 'Celebrate'. And with rumours of a second on the way Pippa hasn't got long to let her hair down before she's back to work.

The socialite revealed: ‘This book is designed to be a comprehensive guide to home entertaining, based on my experience in my family's party business, Party Pieces, and work for a London-based events company. Entertaining on any scale can be stressful and daunting so this is all about finding ways to manage and enjoy the process. I hope you will see this as a feel-good book with ideas to look forward to each month, providing threads of lasting, happy memories, be it around a table lit with candles in winter, outside on a rug in summer or in the autumn, perched on a leaf-covered bench, hot drink in hand.’ Sounds very cosy!
