Spanish Fashion Blogger Gala González Designs A Capsule Collection For Mango Touch: VIDEO

Mango Touch, the Spanish brand dedicated to accessories and footwear has collaborated with a fashion blogger for the second consecutive season. For Autumn/ Winter 2012 they’ve teamed up with twenty-something Spanish socialite, blogger, fashion designer and DJ Gala González on a range of shoes, handbags and jewellery.

Gala, who is the niece of Spanish designer Adolfo Domínguez grew up in Spain but now lives in London where she blogs about her personal style and oh-so-fashonable life on her website Amlul.com. Her first collection for Mango Touch is divided into three different trends, Transparency, Modern Fetishism (including the amazing velvet and gold embroidered platforms) and Embellishment – all of which were big on the Autumn/ Winter 2012 catwalks.

To present the range Mango Touch have also made Gala, who has previously worked with brands from Felder Felder to Lancôme, the star of a trailer video alongside models Joan Pedrola and Pablo Otero and an Anna Wintour lookalike. Set on a steam engine set which is reminiscent of Louis Vuitton's Autumn/ Winter 2012 presentation, the blogger is seen trying to escape two dapper men and the Wintour doppelgänger as they attempt to steal her coveted Mango Touch collection from the dinning carriage. It's all very Murder On The Orient Express/ The Lady Vanishes and we love it!

Th collection is available from 8 November. Visit www.mango.com/galagonzalez for more information.
