EXCLUSIVE Cobra Society Talks To Grazia About Their Hollywood Takeover!

11 October 2012 by

These days it's as much about what Hollywood stars wear on their off-duty days as it is their red carpet ensembles, so when a hot new accessories label hits town it spreads like wild fire. And that's exactly what's happened with L.A.'s latest cult label Cobra Society.
Launched in the autumn of 2011 by Los Angeles based designer Alex Davis, Cobra Society is an accessories label which, in the last year, as grown to include a wide range of boots, slipper style flats and handbags! All bearing the traditional woven Kilim fabric, that has become the Cobra Society signature, identifiable at fifty paces.
Inspired by her travels in North Africa, Alex employs locals to help produce her collection using traditional methods: the Kilim rugs are hand dyed and woven, meaning each design is unique. Couple this with Cobra Society's contemporary lasts and shapes, and this authentic craftsmanship proves to be a very irresistible combination in deed!
Just ask Jessica Alba who's not only been spotted countless times in her Cobra Society boots but has snapped up the doctors bag too! "Jessica has a smart eclectic style and great confidence." Describes Alex, making her the perfect Cobra Society woman, who according to the designer is "Fierce and confident, someone who expresses her style through her accessories."
Which certainly applies to the super stylish ladies in our gallery (above) whose paired down, off-duty looks are certainly given that all important fashion pow-wow by Cobra Society's unique designs. We ♥.
