The Royal Academy Celebrates The Launch of RA Now With Zara Martin & Tracey Emin

09 October 2012 by

Last night saw the launch of the RA Now exhibition at the Royal Academy of the Arts in London’s Burlington’s Gardens. The new showcase which opens today includes work from Royal Academicians Tracey Emin, Grayson Perry and Anthony Gormley amongst others. Both Grayson and Tracey turned out to the event and were spotted perusing the art work on display. We even spotted a very very very tall and beardy Stephen Fry having a little wander around.

As well as being entertained by a string quartet – how amazing - guests were treated to a banquet of prawns, oysters and mini cakes and macaroons. We practically had to be dragged away – we’re not joking. Also at the party were a very sleek looking Zara Martin and Radio 1 DJ Gemma Cairney who looked lovely in a floral dress. What a night!

What we ate: Smoked salmon Bilinis and tuna tartar
