Alexa Chung Loves Her J.W. Anderson For Topshop Bat Jumper: Meet The J Dub Fans

25 September 2012 by

During London Fashion Week you couldn't move an inch without bumping into a fashionista wearing a paisley quilted skirt, monogramed shirt or tartan trousers. The man behind the some of LFW hottest front row items? J.W. Anderson of course, whose designer/high street collab with Topshop had us all urgently updating our shopping lists.

But while we're still getting plenty of wear out of our quirky knit jumpers and woollen kilts, we felt sure that the likes of Pixie Geldof, Daisy Lowe and Leigh Lezark would have moved on to the next 'It' items by now. Thankfully not so! Proud J Dubs fan Alexa Chung was spotted sauntering through Soho, New York City yesterday in the highly coveted Bat Jumper that she also wore to the Moschino Cheap And Chic presentation the weekend before last.

As we plan on wearing ours right through the winter (heck we've even got it on today!) it’s great to get the official nod of approval from Alexa, who’s flying the winged mammal knitted flag for the British designer the other side of the pond.

Another firm supporter of the collection during Fashion Week was Pixie Geldof who wore J Dub for Topshop shirts to both House of Holland and Topshop Unique, as well as one of the designer's woollen kilts which is also a firm favourite with Daisy Lowe. Pulling off head-to-toe tartan is a more daunting prospect but singer Delilah stepped up to the challenge. If you're not convinced try the top like adorable Atlanta de Cadenet Taylor (daughter of photographer Amanda de Cadenet) for a less statement look.

Luckily for those who share Alexa & co's admiration for Mr Anderson, there's still some pieces left - get them here WHILE YOU CAN!
