As if yesterday's Ermanno Scervino show wasn't incredible enough, Team Grazia were treated to a fabulous party post-show at Giacomo Bistrot in Milan.
What better way to celebrate the brand's Spring Summer 2013 collection - filled with beautiful broderie Angalis detailing and luxe hand-crafting on dresses and blouses - than with a four course supper finished off with the most delicious cake? And yes, we ate it all.
Amongst the party guests, Grazia found Dree Hemingway, the current face of the brand. In fact, Ermanno Scervino has quite the talent for spotting faces of the moment - previous campaign star Alice Dellal has now been snapped up by Chanel while Dree has already lined up a whole host of top fashion jobs. So there was no way we were missing the chance to speak to the totally down to earth, super-cool catwalker.
It was instant love when she told us that she rarely wears makeup and can't bear having a blow dry - 'they make me feel so uncomfortable,' she told us, 'and you can always tell in photos when I'm feeling awkward.' So much so that when a hairdresser arrived at her hotel to glam her up before the event, Ms Hemingway refused. 'I don't like doing that.'
So seeing as we're obsessed with her laid-back style, will Dree be giving designing a go? 'Last year, I was working on my own lingerie line but then modelling took over and I didn't want to do anything half-heartedly,' she said. But, if she were to do it, we can expect menswear-inspired pieces tailored to tomboyish women. 'I love that '70s vibe - unbleached fabrics, oversized trousers - and I have a book of '70s climbers wearing perfectly dishevelled outfits in California so that would be inspiration.'
It certainly sounds like the model's been a busy bee. 'I was filming a music video for the Vaccines, then got on a plane to Milan for the Hogan party and I'm going straight to Paris in the morning where my boyfriend is opening a restaurant.' Phewf! 'I'll be playing housewife and taking care of him.'
Yep, she really IS perfect.
