London Fashion Week's Most Tweeted Shoe Designer: Roksanda Ilincic for Aldo Rise

20 September 2012 by

Every season has one, and this London Fashion Week it was Roksanda Ilincic’s spring summer 2013 collection that stole the shoe-show! Ilincic’s seriously cool shoes got all the fashion editors furiously tweeting at LFW, and it transpires they are the latest designer collaboration with uber-cool Aldo Rise.

The footwear collection was ladylike and classic, with pointed toes and ‘40’s style t-bar straps, but modernised with block colour heels and acetate underlays. And did we mention they are absolutely to die for? Yep, they’re the hottest heels to trot in for 2013!

The best bit is they’ll be available early next year at awesome high street prices from select Aldo stores all over the world. What a treat!

Aldo Rise, currently in its fourth season provides designers with a unique platform to expand their business into footwear, by giving them access to Aldo’s sourcing and design  and sourcing know-how, as well as providing them a global network of stores to stock their designs in. And for us? We get all of our favourite hot designer’s snazzy shoe designs in a high street store. Within budget. That’ll do nicely thank you Aldo!
