Model sisters: Poppy and Cara
Yes, we loved the neon beading and the necklace necklines - but the moment that got us smiling at tonight's Sass & Bide show was when Poppy Delevigne cracked out her iPhone to snap a pic of Cara stalking the runway in a monochrome dress. There's nothing quite like sisterly love, eh? As Grazia Daily found out, when we grabbed a chat with Poppy post-show...
Grazia Daily: So what's it like seeing your little sister on the catwalk?
Poppy Delevigne: You know what? It doesn't get boring. I still get all hot and flustered and excited.
Grazia Daily: Is that how you felt when you watched her in Anna Karenina?
Poppy Delevigne: I haven't seen it yet! Cara wouldn't let me see it until she was back from New York Fashion Week so we can watch it together. We're going to the cinema next week, once London Fashion Week's over. That's if she even gets a second and actually has some time off!
Grazia Daily: And what's your dream show to walk for?
Poppy Delevigne: Chanel because it's such a spectacle and there's always an awesome stage scenario, whether it's an iceberg or a barn yard. Wouldn't that be amazing?
Grazia Daily: It certainly would! You seem pretty comfortable on the front row - is there a FROW etiquette we should be aware of?
Poppy Delevigne: I don't think there should be any etiquette, there shouldn't be any rules. You should just enjoy the show for what it is and take it all in. Shows are such a sensory overload, like the soundtrack at Sass & Bide blew my mind. I was practically dancing on the front row! So I like to get lost in the whole thing and let the experience sweep over me.
Grazia Daily: The music was amazing, especially that 'Nightcall' track from Drive...
Poppy Delevigne: Yes! And 'We Want Candy' by Bow Wow Wow is always good to dance to.
Grazia Daily: Finally, what's your fashion week failsafe?
Poppy Delevigne: It would have to be eyedrops.
And at that moment, Cara comes bounding over to see her big sis. 'Poppy!' she squeals, throwing her arms around her while Grazia Daily can do nothing but gawp at this genetically-blessed pair *sigh* Those Delevigne sisters really are divine.
