As we type, Grazia Daily is swigging on champagne at a swanky reception in The Savoy Hotel (hic). No, we haven't skived off work early - we're here for the announcement of the shortlisted nominees for the British Fashion Awards 2012. Dun dun DUN!

As you well know, The British Fashion Awards celebrate the breadth and depth of talent in the British fashion industry from the emerging stars to the designer brands, models and style icons with the ultimate accolade being awarded to the Designer of the Year. Basically, it's the Oscars of Fash Land.

The winners will be announced at this year’s award ceremony, which takes place on Tuesday 27th November. As in past years, it will be attended by the who's who in style - industry leaders, designers, models - all there to celebrate the best in Brit fash and Grazia Daily will be reporting live from the red carpet. We can hardly wait.
