Grazia Local: Blogger Tor Bennett On Where To Shop And Eat In Newcastle!

For an inbetween shopping treat, I like to go to Cafe 21 on the Quayside. Their lunch menu is to die for, and the evening menu is even better. My favourite dish is the Asian style crispy pork belly with fragrant rice and the Crème Brûlée for dessert - amazing!
