Do you know what we miss? Popworld. We long for the days when Miquita Oliver and Simon Amstell would destroy the soul of a popstar by interviewing them across a car park using megaphones. We also miss (but not quite as much) the days when Alex Zane and Alexa Chung would attempt to do the same, especially since Alexa is very much the ideal mix of fashion and funny.
In true Brit style, it was raining on Alexa's first filming day. She also skipped a GG style chai-green-tea-super-food-smoothie-shot for a classy breakfast of Cheetos and orange soda. (We really hope that the Cheetos will feature in the programme.)
Now we're imagining that, since GG is all about fashion and celebs, it's more than likely that Alexa will play herself a la Victoria Beckham in Ugly Betty. HOWEVER, Alexa has acted before in numerous T4 skits so we know she's got the skillz to carry off an interesting part and we would love for her to do a Tyra Banks and take on a more insane GG character. Either way we hope this helps the TV show go out with a bang. They are filming the last series and all.
