Ah, Karl! The King of the fashion world isn't afraid of a controversial quote. Or two. So when Grazia's Style Director Paula Reed sat down with Chanel's Creative Director last week at the launch of his new pop-up shop at Selfridges, we thought talk might turn to the Royals. Good news for Kate he's a big fan. But as for Pippa hmmm, let's just say Karl liked her on Royal Wedding day.
'Kate Middleton has a nice silhouette and she is the right girl for that boy. I like that kind of woman. I like romantic beauties. On the other hand, her sister struggles. I don't like the sister's face. She should only show her back,' he said in his typically nonchalant manner. Harsh, perhaps. But let's be honest, Pippa does have a most excellent derrière. One that, thanks to that Alexander McQueen bridesmaid dress, has over 200,000 fans on the Pippa Middleton Ass Appreciation Society.

Amanda Templeman (Thu Sep 06 23:13:42 BST 2012): I think that Karl's comments are completely unacceptable. Why are we putting a comedy slant on this? Imagine how devastating that must be to hear for a young woman! I love Chanel but that man can be a horrible bully and that is not funny.
