You remember Quentin Jones was the genius filmmaker behind that cutsey Victoria Beckham campaign video, right? Well, now Quentin's teamed up with Kenzo to create this super-cool two-minute film featuring the brand's pre-fall 2012 collection (which is now in stores, dontcha know).
'We wanted her to be elegant, but have a hardness about her - a bewitching fighter,' Lady Jones said of her vision for the Kenzo woman. 'I think this sort of female reflects the collection - it is sometimes beautiful and soft with feminine prints and sometimes quite sporty and tough.'
The collection's emphasis is on outerwear as well as trousers in a variety of shapes, textures and proportions. There are cropped and structured to elongated and loose jackets suitable for any occasion. Meanwhile, tailoring is injected throughout to create slim, graphic lines and that street-smart attitude. We're also loving those playful accessories from tone-on-tone driving gloves and brogues to conductor’s caps, snappy handbags and platform booties.
