As The Queen Wears Her Burberry Cape Again, We Can Officially Declare: Arms Are OVER.

3. The Queen

…and look who took note: only the Queen of England! Our lovely Liz sported a royal-worthy number by Burberry (who hold a Royal Warrant, dontcha know) for the Olympic Torch Relay at Windsor Castle yesterday - but this wasn't the first time. Her Majesty also worked a cape-trench for a rain sodden trip to Scotland a few weeks ago, brightened up by a colourful brolly and matchy-matchy hat. Quite frankly, what more do you need than a royal seal of approval? Err, nothing.
