Style Hunter: The Best Street Style Looks From Couture Fashion Week

03 July 2012 by

This week Style Hunter has journeyed to Paris for the most glamorous time of year, Couture Fashion Week. Crop tops, print clashes and futuristic heels were the discerning fashionistas’ top choices, let us know what you love about their four looks below and vote for your winning looks on Grazia's Facebook page...

Zina

Zina adds a tough twist to a floral print mini with her quilted Chanel 2.55 bag, futuristic metallic toe heels and embellished sunglasses from cool Spanish label Uterque. Simple silver jewellery picks out the details in her handbag and shoes, without stealing the spotlight from this pretty frock.

Elisa

Elisa’s print clash is pattern mash-up perfection. This outfit works so well because she keeps her hues similar - sticking to autumnal shades of brown and red - but adds a stylish pop of cobalt blue in her heels. That dash brings out the blue in her sweater, sunnies and nail varnish! Extra fashion brownie points for Elisa’s love-forever snakeskin clutch and playful necklace – this girl knows how to pile it on.

Maria

Summer’s sportswear trend can be dressed up with heels or kept casual – just like Maria here. She keeps her look luxe by adding interesting details; the contrast neckline and turn-up sleeves of her Uterque tee, and the fashion forward shape and colour of her H&M sunglasses. A simple blue Zara skirt and white hi-tops are all that’s needed to get a fashion home run. Ace!

Louise

The rock chick look doesn’t have to be all about super skinny jeans and a slim fit biker jacket, you know. Louise rocks an alternative approach, combining an oversized Acne leather jacket (see the chic shoulder-slinging?) with a simple black skirt and ankle boots, also from the cult Swedish label. Her oversized white envelope clutch breaks up the look and adds a touch of grown-up elegance.
