Margherita Missoni wasn't the only lovely lady who got hitched this weekend. Sam Taylor-Wood married her hunky toy boy Aaron Johnson during a ceremony at swanky country retreat Babington House in Somerset. Congrats!

We know that Elton John was among the guests and the groom looked dapper in a bespoke Tom Ford suit, but most excitingly, the bride followed in the footsteps of Kate Middleton by opting to wear a dress by the same designer behind THAT Royal Wedding stunner.

A snap of Sam's frock hasn't emerged (yet), but we can be sure it was utterly stunning considering it comes courtesy of Sarah Burton. So what is it that makes an Alexander McQueen wedding dress so breath-taking? As the Duchess' dress proved, the Brit design house knows how to conjure up timeless elegance and opulent romance without going overboard. 'Sarah Burton has all of Alexander McQueen's creative power, but a feminine lightness of touch that is completely in step with our time,' says Grazia's Paula Reed. Meanwhile, fashion historian Judith Watt said of Kate's dress, 'Lee McQueen was one of the greatest British talents and Sarah Burton has worked his love of history and technical virtuosity to create a vision of beauty.'
