Cheryl Cole's Comeback Continues With A Naughty Performance At G.A.Y

18 June 2012 by

It’s hard to remember that at one point – post X Factor USA nightmare – Cheryl Cole disappeared out of our lives for a while but now she is well and truly back! And to prove it, she’s been going more than a little bit bonkers.

First there was the “swan” dive on The Voice, then she got the royal seal of approval thanks to a performance with Gary Barlow at the Queen’s Jubilee. Next, she was accused of not being able to sing before saying she knew she was no Mariah Carey anyway – take that haters. NOW she’s been downing shots on stage - how naughty! Yep, the songstress performed Call My Name at famous Soho-based nightclub GAY this weekend wearing another skimpy ensemble consisting of a white crop top and super-short shorts teamed with sparkling gold boots. Ooh-err.

Gone is the reserved woman who would no more talk about her marriage than be seen actually looking like she was having fun and in her place is a Pamm Hogg jumpsuit, mis-matched print wearing, dare we say, a little gobby Cheryl - and it's all thanks to her much-hyped comeback.

Chezza has been on a massive promotional tour of late, with her new album launched today and an arena tour coming up in the autumn. From getting pally with Katy Perry on the Graham Norton show to going out partying with Nadine Coyle it seems like Cheryl’s ready to carve out a fun new image for herself. We just hope she’s not trying too hard.

So what do you make of Cheryl's comeback? Are you happy to have her back where she belongs?
