Navigating the high waters of the Brazilian fash pack is no mean feat.  As Grazia Daily hits day two of Sao Paulo fashion week we have learned several things about Latin style - one thing's for sure this is not a city for fashion slackers. Click through the gallery above to see our highlights from heeled trainers to a certain Rosie H-W...

1. Heeled trainers

Firstly heels are obligatory. As in by not wearing heels you feel seriously weird. We´re talking these heels were surgically inplanted at birth and anyone not wearing them is clearly some form of human mutant. The only exception is the army of heeled trainer wearers - think it's time for Isabel Marant to give us a new shoe to play with!

2. Bootcut leather

The FROW uniform is a mixture of leather and labels - Hermes, Celine and Vuitton totes teamed with the ubiquitous leather pant. One point to note is that the bootcut never went anyone in Brazil - the 90s demi flare is still going seriously strong.

3. Top models

Apart from being intimidated by a race of Amazonian luxury lovers, SPFW has impressed us with the calibre of its models. So far we´ve had the divine Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Brazilian tottie (and fellow Victoria´s Secret Angels) Ana Beatriz Barros and Izabel Goulart as well as a host of other top models including Aline Weber.

4. Swimwear

The top of the swimwear pops offered three new looks for summer. First up was the super high waisted two piece at Ellus. With all the coverage of a one piece with an added peek of bikini style this is how we want to face the Big Reveal. Next up Iodice's matchy matchy swimsuit/ jacket combo offers the perfect look for the British seaside. Lastly we had a dramatic shawl stye bikini at Movimento - one for Cheryl Cole this summer perhaps?

5. Paula Raia

The name to know at SPFW so far is Paula Raia whose intimate show yesterday morning drew the likes of Taylor Tomasi Hill and Costanza Pascolato. We loved Raia's goddess gowns - skimming the floor but with sensual sheer panels and string backs adding serious sex appeal. No doubt Raia's socialite fans will be in raptures.

6. Crazy catwalks

Final point to share. The SPFW venue is surrounded by a jungle park - totally tropical or what? Forget crazy golf - here they have crazy catwalks - see Tufi Duek's roadrunner runway.
