Style Spotlight: Freida Pinto Wows in Prada, Versace, Antonio Berardi And New Designer Michael Angel!

There’s no skirting around it: Freida Pinto is hot! Drop dead gorgeous, in fact, and we’ve been following her style trail (aka: looking on enviously) since she exploded onto our screens in the brilliant Slum Dog Millionaire.

Now four years on, Freida is a global superstar, L'Oréal Paris ambassador (yeh, she’s worth it) and her wardrobe is looking better than ever! TBH, which designer wouldn’t want to dress her?!

Always super-chic, we’ve never seen the actress with a hair out of place, but that’s not all, we love how the 27-year-old has mastered both red carpet glamour and daytime gloss. Take a look at her latest looks in the gallery above for proof - the Gucci red trouser suit, for example, is effortlessly contrasted with black or her fresh stripy Salvatore Ferragamo ensemble in Cannes, which was superbly accessorised with tonal grey sandals and a glittery belt.

For Freida, dressing for the red carpet is rarely about playing it safe, instead she experiments with colour, often opting for bold hues. Just feast your eyes on the zesty lime Atelier Versace gown that she stepped out in last week, which really packed some fashion punch. But that’s not only down to the colour - see the sculptural silhouette and the slashed-to-the-thigh style is one that Freida regularly champions. Well, with pins like hers, why not?!

A fully-fledged fashion darling, Freida has her pick of the fash pack and her current favourite designers include Calvin Klein, Prada, Chanel, Versace and Michael Angel. The New York based designer is new on our radar and his trompe l'oeil - colourful prints - have also made him a hit with Mary Kate Olsen, Beyonce, Rihanna, Amanda Seyfried, Gwen Stefani, Sarah Jessica Parker AND Gwyneth Paltrow! Yep, Freida certainly knows her fashion stuff.
