Question: what do you pack for a trip to Cannes? Usually our answer revolves around 'what would Diane Kruger do?' and we must say, for this year's film festival, the actress has done marvelously well, cracking out fancy floor-sweepers from Vivienne Westwood, Versus and Giambattista Valli. But oh, what we'd give to have a nosey through the suitcases of the 'It'-eratti. Step forward Kelly Brook who has geniusly opened up her Cannes wardrobe for us mere mortals to take a peek at what she's packing. Yay, what a treat!
Taking to Twitter, the 32-year-old model posted snaps of her Cannes-errific outfits that show a selection of dresses from a strappy white frock to a glitzy green number as well as a floral jumpsuit and an Audrey Hepburn-esque LBD plus accessories including a string of pearls and a pair of red patent Roger Vivier heels. Talk about Old Hollywood glamour!
'Cannes Festival Fitting...Too many choices... Taking it all', she tweeted. Sigh, what we'd give to have such a dilemma…
The images come from an one-to-one dress fitting with Kelly's personal stylist, who picked out a wide variety of red-carpet-worthy beauties – our personal fave being the floor-length glittering silver gown that'd give J-Lo a run for her blinging money – before cramming them into her Louis Vuitton luggage.
Cut to this weekend and we saw the outfits in action when La Brook hit the French Riviera. For starters, she arrived at the airport in a pair of high-waisted palazzo pants teamed with a navy tee and a Cannes-perfect panama hat.
Then we saw her working that floral jumpsuit with a gold belt, matching clutch, strappy white heels and bouncy sun-kissed waves. We likey!
And finally, our Kel posed up a storm for new movie 'Keith Lemon: The Film' wearing a white Project D number that made the most of her enviable curves, topped off with those hot red heels, matching lippy and glistening jewels. How fantabulous!
