H&M’s floral printed trousers (a bargain at £12.99) have been one of the hits of the high street this season, but they can be tricky to wear as they’re cut quite slim on the leg. The trick is in keeping everything else really simple and slightly slouchy to offset the fitted shape. Here Kate gives them a go with a cream blouse from M&S and Primark sunglasses, rain-proofing the cropped cut by adding black ankle boots.
