Watch Ashton Kutcher Spoof Karl Lagerfeld in Pop Chips Commercial: VIDEO

We’ve seen Karl Lagerfeld in many forms: as a doll, a puppet and even a Simpson – and now those blacker-than-black sunglasses, dry-shampooed ponytail and fingerless leather gloves have been taken on by, err, Ashton Kutcher.

The Hollywood actor has impersonated Unkle Karl in a hilarious commercial for the tres chic Popchips. Ladies and gentlemen, meet Darl - an eligible bachelor who’s looking for love in the online dating world, or in his words: ‘something tight, something like me.’ Or something like Baptiste?

After appearing to have raided a fancy dress shop, Ashton is kitted out in Monsieur Lagerfeld’s iconic trademarks – see the high-collared white shirt under a black waistcoat with chains of silver – and with a questionable accent, states: 'Money creates taste and I have lots of both.' Chuckles. Oh, and Darl even has a miniature dog called Poo Poo but he isn’t HALF as cute as Karl’s beloved cat, Choupette (obvs).

The ad is part of a series of four for the snack company that 34-year-old Mr Kutcher is an investor in. 'Miracles in my mouth make an Eiffel Tower in my pants,' reveals Darl. Cripes! So take a look for yourself below and do let us know if Kutcher as Karl has you guffawing. One thing’s for sure, we wouldn’t DARE impersonate the Kaiser…
