Couples at Coachella 2012: Emma Watson & Will Adamowicz, Diane Kruger & Joshua Jackson, Kate Bosworth & Michael Polish!

17 April 2012 by

We've already disected the hipster looks at Coachella Festival thus far (yes, those lucky folk over in sunshine county have another weekend of festival fun to come), but something else has caught our eye - it appears that cupid's arrow has struck many of their hearts too.

Never before have we seem so many loved up A-list couples, walking arm in arm across the grassy plains and dreamily gazing into each other's eyes - and we have to admit we're kind of jeals! In fact, the Coachella couples seem so in sync, they've even coordinated their outfits. Oh yes, the likes of Diane Kruger and Kate Bosworth have the whole his 'n' hers thing happening.

First Kate Bosworth admitted to stealing her boyfriend's army jacket (nice work missy!). Then she was seen sporting next season's western-style shirt and boots from Isabel Marant (FYI, Ms. Marant has ensured the cowgirl trend is going to be massive) as she cosied up to Michael Polish, who was wearing complimentary colours in his taupe tee and tonal denim.

Meanwhile, loved-up couple Diane Kruger and Joshua Jackson couldn't keep their hands off each other. Perhaps it was their mutual appreciation for their matching stripes that had captured their hearts?!

Brit actress Emma Watson was literally draped over her new beau, Will Adamowicz, as they posed in their matchy-matchy leather jackets whilst "Vampire Diaries" couple Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev were co-ordinated in loose jersey.

So afterall it would appear psychologists were indeed correct in saying we're attracted to people who look similar and perhaps his and hers matching outfits is the ultimate pinnacle to be reached in these hipster relationships? Either way, we're thinking of tapping into that narcissim and will start dressing like Johnny Depp from tomorrow! You with us?
